Yes, absolutely. Zendit is designed with bank level security features such as:
i. For logins, you have to enter your 4 numeric number as a personal password
ii. If your device supports fingerprint authentication, you may also use the fingerprint stored to access Zendit.
To initiate a transfer to your contacts on your mobile phone, follow the steps bellow:
I. Click on the Pay in your Zendit account, chose the recipient’s country from the drop-down menu, the mobile phone from contact list you want to send the money to.
II. Enter the Amount you wish to send.
III. If cross border payment you will see the amount you would like the recipient to receive in the Recipient amount field.
IV. Enter the reasons for the payment.
V. A page with your transaction details will now appear on the screen. In order to finalize the transfer, click on Confirm and send.
VI. Done.
To access Zendit account download app from Apple app store or Google store, you will be asked to enter your email address or phone number along with your password and some other personal details to verify your account.
Both people need to have the app. Two ways to do this.
A) The person sending/paying the money will need to:
I. Scan the receiver personalised QR codes which are unique to the individual
II. Enter the amount they wishes to pay/send.
B) The receiver can create a QR code via Request

II. Generate QR code to receive the funds
III. The payer will scan said QR code using the app.Yes, you Scan and Pay at merchants who accept Zendit QR code.
Just look out for Zendit logos and QR code.
Simply scan the merchant Static QR code, you will be prompted to enter the amount payable. You can also scan the Dynamic QR code to make payment. Note that with this option you will not need to enter amount payable.

I. To add money or top up your wallet simply click the add money icon.
II. You will have options to linked bank account or select debit or credit card.
III. Enter the correct amount you would like to add.
IV. Once successfully submitted the top up will happen automatically.
The recipient will receive an SMS alert to download the Zendit app instantly. The funds will be automatically credited into his/her Zendit wallet once he/she successfully registers.
